My recent stay at Novotel near Malpensa Airport was a pleasant retreat, offering a tranquil environment ideal for relaxation. While I didn't get a chance to use the spa services, the atmosphere exuded calmness and serenity.The hotel's spa services and outdoor pool provided a promise of rejuvenation, though I only admired them from afar. The outdoor pool, though seasonal, looked inviting and the sun terrace promised peaceful moments under the Italian sun. I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service to and from the airport, making my travels hassle-free. The hotel's multilingual staff were accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering assistance with any queries.Novotel offered a peaceful escape close to the bustling airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers seeking tranquility amidst their journeys.
